Every baccarat pattern chart is a description of one grid: the big road. The rule that builds it is simple. Each hand adds a mark below the previous one while the same side keeps winning; when the other side wins, a new column starts. Ties are marked on the hand they occur without breaking the column. Everything experienced players call a "pattern" is just a shape this rule produces.
The three secondary roads — Big Eye Boy, Small Road and Cockroach — are not separate results. They are derived from the big road's own shape, each one comparing columns at a different offset, and each reduces to a single question: is this shoe repeating itself in an orderly way right now, or is it behaving irregularly? Baccarat Terminal reads all three across groups 1, 2 and 3, which is the traditional method rather than an invention of ours.
The honest answer disappoints people, and it is worth stating plainly: it depends entirely on how you define the pattern, and the frequencies of streaks and chops are close enough that no single shape reigns. Any cheat sheet that names one pattern as the dominant one has skipped the measurement step. That is precisely why a pattern chart alone is not a strategy — it is vocabulary. It gives you names for shapes. It does not tell you what any of them are worth.
The only way a pattern becomes useful is if someone counts what actually followed it, across enough hands that chance stops dominating. And this is where most baccarat strategy chart material quietly fails. Define enough patterns and one of them will always look brilliant this week. A shape observed eleven times with nine wins reads as 81.8% and is, statistically, close to meaningless. Shown alone it looks like an edge; shown next to its sample size it looks like noise.
No pattern changes the game's arithmetic. The house edge is about 1.06% on Banker and about 1.24% on Player, it comes from the payout rules, and reading roads does not touch it. Pattern recognition is a way of making better-informed decisions about when a signal has real history behind it and when it does not — including the decision to sit out. It is not a way to win.
Baccarat Terminal tracks 46 Evolution and Pragmatic Play tables in real time, drawing the big road and bead plate for each, and runs pattern analysis across 39 defined pattern types alongside three-card follow-versus-reverse analysis, backtested streak-break and ping-pong picks, and the derived roads. Every signal appears with its hit rate, its sample size, a confidence score and its current streak, wins and losses both. Pin up to four tables and compare their shapes on one screen. A three-minute full preview runs on arrival, one day is free after signing in, and an Android app adds live pick alerts. No ads, no affiliate links, no bets taken.
For adults 18+ only. Patterns describe the past and cannot promise the next hand. Play only what you can afford to lose.
