Privacy Policy
Applies to baccaratterminal.com and to the Baccarat Analyzer mobile application. Last updated 7 September 2026.
1. What we collect
- Account — email address and display name, received from your social login provider when you sign in. We never see or store your password.
- Subscription — subscription identifier, plan, period, and status received from PayPal (web) or Google Play Billing (app). We do not receive or store your card number, bank details, or PayPal password.
- Technical — device identifier, application and browser version, operating system, IP address, and request logs.
- Usage — which screens and tables you open, and when, so we can keep the service working and prevent abuse.
Browsing the public pages of this site does not require an account. We do not run advertising networks, and we do not sell data to anyone, ever.
2. Why we collect it
- To identify you and keep you signed in across the web terminal and the mobile app.
- To deliver what you paid for — starting, renewing, and ending subscriptions and free trials.
- To prevent fraud, in particular repeated free trials from one device.
- To keep the service running and to fix faults.
- To meet legal record-keeping obligations for payments.
3. How long we keep it
- Account and usage data — until you delete your account.
- Payment records — five years, as required by e-commerce law.
- Server logs — up to 90 days.
4. Who else processes it
We use a small number of processors, each for one purpose:
- Supabase — authentication and account storage.
- PayPal — payment and subscription handling on the web. PayPal is the payment controller for card and account data; we never receive it.
- Google — Play Billing for subscriptions purchased in the mobile app, and push notification delivery.
- Our own servers — application hosting and the live result feeds.
We disclose personal data to no one else, except where a law or a valid legal order requires it. Some of these processors operate outside your country, so your data may be processed abroad.
5. Your rights
You may ask us to show you your data, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Write to hyung3549@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will act within 30 days. You can also delete your account yourself from the app settings, which removes your account data immediately.
6. Cookies and local storage
The public pages use your browser's local storage only to remember which language you chose. The signed-in terminal stores a session token so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Children
This service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has an account, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell account holders by email.
