Baccarat Terminal is an information service. It records the published outcomes of live-dealer baccarat tables, draws the standard road charts, and reports historical frequencies with their sample sizes. That is the whole product.
It is not a gambling service. We take no bets, hold no funds, and have no relationship with any casino or betting operator.
Baccarat outcomes are independent random draws. No pattern, statistic, engine, or figure shown on this service predicts the next result, and none of it improves the odds of a wager. Historical hit rates describe the past only. Nothing here is financial, investment, or gambling advice.
You are solely responsible for any decision you make and for any money you lose. We accept no liability for gambling losses.
You must be at least 18 (19 where local law requires) and legally permitted to access this kind of content where you are. Gambling is restricted or prohibited in many places, including most forms of it in Thailand and in mainland China. Complying with your local law is your responsibility, not ours. We may block access from any jurisdiction at any time.
One account per person. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share, resell, or transfer access. We may suspend accounts used to abuse free trials, scrape the service, or break these terms.
Paid access is sold as a recurring subscription through PayPal on the web, or through Google Play Billing in the mobile app. Plans are weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Prices differ by region and are shown to you in full, in your currency, before you confirm.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
We may change prices for future periods. If we do, we will tell existing subscribers by email before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.
Where a free trial is offered it is one per person and per device. Trying to obtain more than one — with extra accounts, devices, or referral codes — voids the trial and may close the accounts involved.

Live data depends on third-party feeds we do not control. Feeds stall, tables close, and servers need maintenance. We aim for continuous service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for losses arising from an interruption or from an incorrect or delayed result.
The site, its text, and its software are ours. Game and table names belong to their respective operators and are used only to identify which table a page describes.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing removes rights that consumer law gives you.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, with notice unless the breach makes that impractical.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the courts of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
