Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; nothing is cut off early.

After the paid terminal has been used, the current period is not refundable, because the thing being sold — access to the live data for that period — has been delivered. Cancelling still stops every future charge, and you keep the rest of the period you paid for.
We do not give refunds because a session went badly. This service records what happened at the table; it does not predict anything and never claims to. Gambling losses are not a refund ground.
Email hyung3549@gmail.com from the address on the account, with the PayPal transaction ID or Google Play order number. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Nothing here reduces the rights your own consumer law gives you. Korean consumers may withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 7 days under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, except where use of the content has begun; consumers elsewhere may have equivalent or stronger rights. If your local law gives you more than this page does, your law wins.
Refunds for subscriptions bought inside the Android app are processed by Google under Google Play's own refund policy. Ask Google first; if they decline and you believe one of the grounds above applies, write to us and we will look at it.
